Living around Nager Bazar means you get used to the noise and the constant movement of people. Here at Apna Avaas, we spend our time talking to folks who are looking for a place to stay or maybe buy. Nager Bazar is changing fast, and we see it happening every day from our window. It is a lot of paperwork, honestly. Checking titles and making sure the water connection is sorted takes up more time than you would think. We don't use any fancy software, just our notebooks and what we know about the local streets. If a roof leaks or a landlord changes their mind, we are the ones who hear about it first. It is a bit chaotic, but it is our job to help people find their spot here. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving.
