Our work is mostly focused on the residential properties around this neighborhood. It’s a place where buildings have stories and the streets are narrow. We don’t run a flashy operation. The office is full of old registers and maps of the local blocks. People stop by to ask about rentals or if someone is selling an old house. We know the local landlords and the caretakers quite well. Finding a place here can be tricky because everything is so established. We spend a lot of time walking around, checking on the condition of flats and talking to the people who live there. We don't believe in using fancy sales talk. We just tell you if the roof needs work or if the water pressure is low. It’s more about being a helpful neighbor who knows the real estate market. Sometimes the legal side of things gets complicated with old family properties, and we try to help sort through that as much as we can. It’s slow, steady work.
