A Star Property

A Star Property is a small setup located at P 379 in Parnasree Palli, Kolkata. We’ve been working out of this West Bengal office for some time now, helping people figure out their property needs. Parnasree Palli is a quiet enough area, which is nice for when we’re trying to go through contracts or look at maps. It’s not a huge corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out visiting different sites around the city. Dealing with property in Kolkata can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. Our office is a bit lived-in, with coffee cups and stacks of papers everywhere. We don't try to sound like we’re something we aren't. We just know the local neighborhoods and what the prices are like. If someone comes in looking for a place, we just sit down and show them what’s on the books. It’s simple work, really. We just try to be straightforward and get the job done without making things more complicated than they need to be. We have some old maps of the area pinned to the wall to help us keep track of things.
