Asthaa Property

We are located over in B.P. Township, specifically at S-46 in the Patuli Baisnabghata area. It is a decent spot, a bit quieter than the main city center which I personally prefer. Most of what we do here at Asthaa Property involves talking to people about where they want to live. It is usually a lot of paperwork and visiting different flats or plots around the neighborhood. The office isn't very large, just enough space for a few chairs and a desk where we keep all the files. Patuli has grown so much lately, and we have seen the buildings go up one by one. I usually spend my mornings checking the new listings and the afternoons out on the road meeting folks who are looking to move. It gets tiring when the weather is hot, but seeing someone get the keys to a new place is alright. We don't really do the big flashy advertisements you see from the huge firms. Word of mouth works better for us in this part of town anyway. People know where to find us if they need help with property stuff. Sometimes a neighbor just stops by to ask about prices or just to have a quick chat about the local news. It feels like a community here. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving along without too much fuss and bother.
