Piramid Realty

Piramid Realty is based at No. 36/1A Gorcha Road. We are not one of those big, flashy real estate firms you see on television with huge billboards. Our office is a small room with a few desks and a lot of maps and papers pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time looking at properties and talking to people who are looking for a place to live or work in this part of town. It is a lot of walking around the neighborhood and keeping track of who is moving where. Gorcha Road is a good spot for us because we are right in the middle of all the activity. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy scripts for our meetings. We just know the local streets and the buildings around here pretty well. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one file at a time until it is done. It is a lot of phone calls and meeting people at odd hours when they are finally free to see a house. We try to be direct about what a place is like, including the bits that might need some work or a coat of paint. We have been doing this for a bit now and we like the rhythm of it. It is just us helping people find a spot that fits what they need.
