Saraf Food Service

You can find Saraf Food Service over at 209, Karnani Estate. We are up on the 3rd floor, in Room No 129. The building is on A J C Bose Road, right near the Kala Mandir area. It’s a busy building with lots of different offices and people moving through the hallways. Our spot is just one room among many, but it’s where all the planning happens. It’s not a restaurant where you sit down to eat. Instead, we use the space to manage our food service operations. Being on the 3rd floor means we do a lot of walking up and down or waiting for the lift. It’s a functional space, filled with files, phone lines, and some kitchen equipment that we keep on hand. The location on A J C Bose Road is very central, which helps with getting things delivered. We aren't a big corporate catering firm. It’s a more personal operation. We take calls, arrange the menus, and make sure the food gets to wherever it’s supposed to go. Sometimes the room gets a bit cluttered with paperwork, but we know where everything is. We’ve been at Karnani Estate for quite a while now. People know us as the food guys in Room 129. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a simple setup in a famous old building where we get our daily tasks done.
