Sagar Sangam (Moolchand)

Sagar Sangam (Moolchand) is based out of 180.B. C.R. Avenue, not too far from the Ram Mandir in Kolkata-7. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy part of the city with plenty of history around every corner. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our building is one of those typical Kolkata structures that has seen its fair share of monsoon rains and summer heat. Inside, it’s mostly just us working away. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or anything like that because we prefer to focus on the actual work. The sound of the traffic on C.R. Avenue is pretty much the background music to our day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We are a small group of people who just want to do right by the job. We don’t spend time on long meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. Kolkata is a city that moves at its own pace, and we’ve found our own rhythm within it. It’s an honest way to spend the day, really. We handle what comes our way and try to keep things organized. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s worked for us so far. We are just a local fixture in the neighborhood, doing what we do.
