Adore Caterer

Adore Caterer is over at 10/2A, Nepal Bhattacharya Street in the Kalighat area. It is a bit of a narrow street, but we have been here for years. The building is older, but it works for us. Our days usually start very early when the markets open. We bring in all the fresh stuff and start the prep work immediately. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic with people chopping and cooking. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is more of a family-style business. We do catering for local people and small events around the city. Kalighat is always crowded, so getting our supplies in and out can be a bit of a challenge. We have gotten pretty good at navigating the traffic over the years. Sometimes we are working half the night getting things ready for an early breakfast event. It’s tiring work, but it is what we know. We don't make any big, fancy promises. We just try to show up on time with the food people ordered. The kitchen walls could probably use some paint, but we are usually too busy with orders to worry about that. People know where we are if they need us. We don't bother with much advertising. We just stay focused on our work at 10/2A. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things, and it has served us well for a long time. It is not always easy, but we enjoy the rush.
