A D Caterer

A D Caterer is based out of Tarun Sengupta Sarani in Dum Dum, right near Airport Gate No 1. We are also quite close to the Radhasree Cinema Hall which everyone around here knows. Our work mostly involves a lot of big pots, heavy lifting, and late nights in the kitchen. Since we are in the 700028 area, we do a lot of events for people living nearby or in the surrounding neighborhoods. It is a noisy area with the planes taking off and the movie crowds coming and going. We started this because we knew how to cook for a lot of people at once and it just grew from there. There is no corporate office here, just a place where we prep all the food and load up the vans. Every weekend is a bit of a scramble to get everything sorted and out the door on time. Sometimes the traffic near the airport makes things difficult but we have learned the shortcuts over the years. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth in Dum Dum is usually enough for us. It’s hard work standing on your feet all day over a hot stove but it is what we do. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure nobody goes hungry at the parties we go to. It is a simple life of cooking and moving boxes around.
