Our business is based in the Rajanigandha Complex on Kulpi Road in Baruipur. It is a place where we handle all our catering preparations and keep our gear. Baruipur is a bit away from the main city hub, so it has its own pace and we like that. We have been working out of this complex for some time now and the people around here know us. We handle everything from small family gatherings to slightly larger events around the area. The space we have isn't very fancy, but it has enough room for our stoves and all the storage we need for the plates and cutlery. We are a small group of people who have worked together for years. We don't have a corporate office or people in suits answering phones. Most of the time, you will find us in our work clothes, prepping for the next day's job or cleaning up after one. Kulpi Road can get quite busy with trucks and buses, so we have to be careful when we are loading our equipment into the transport. We don't really do any formal advertising or social media. People usually see us at a function and ask for our contact details if they like what we do. It’s a very hands-on job, and there is always something that needs cleaning or fixing. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure everything is ready.
