Roy Caterer

You can find us over at 2/123 A, M B Road in Rabindra Nagar. We are right in the Parnasri Palli area, which is a busy part of the neighborhood. Roy Caterer is basically our second home because we are always here. The kitchen is where everything happens. We spend hours there getting things ready. M B Road is usually humming with people going about their business, and we are just part of that daily rhythm. It is a straightforward setup we have. We do not use any big corporate talk because that is not who we are. We are just local people who know how to cook for a crowd. There are always big containers sitting around and the smell of spices in the air. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much, especially in the summer months, but that is part of the job. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors all know us by name. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of orders going out at once, and the vans have to pull up on the road. We just do what needs to be done. It is not about being flashy; it is just about getting the food prepared and out the door to wherever it needs to go in the city. We work hard every day to keep things moving along properly.
