Rimos Caterer

Our place, Rimos Caterer, is located at 12/B Shyamananda Road. It is a pretty quiet street most of the time, except when the kids are coming out of the Beltala Girls School nearby. Bhowanipur is a nice area to be in, and we have been at this spot for some time. We handle a lot of different food orders here. It usually starts with a lot of chopping and prepping in the back room early in the morning. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood while we work. The school being so close means there are always parents and students walking past our door throughout the day. We do not have a big fancy sign or anything, just our name and the work we do. Sometimes the street gets a bit cramped with cars, especially being near the school, but we manage to get our catering supplies in and out. It is a local operation through and through. We are just a few people working with pots and pans to get orders ready for whoever calls us up. The building is an old one, like many others in Bhowanipur, and it has that lived-in feel to it. It is not always perfectly tidy because we are always busy with something, whether it is cleaning up after a big job or getting the next one started. We just stay focused on the cooking and making sure the food is ready on time.
