Relish Caterer

Relish Caterer is located at 74, Baishnab Sammilani Ln. It’s right near Sukiya Street and Beadon Street, so it’s a fairly central spot but tucked away in one of those narrow lanes. If you know the area, you know how these streets can be—a bit tight but full of life. We’ve been working out of this lane for a good many years. Our kitchen is where everything happens. It’s a local setup where we handle everything from scratch. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It’s just a handful of us who know how to cook and get things delivered on time. Being near Beadon Street means we are close to a lot of the markets we use for our ingredients. We usually start our day pretty early when the streets are still a bit quiet. By midday, Baishnab Sammilani Ln is usually humming with activity. We do food for weddings, birthdays, and the occasional office lunch. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy websites. People usually find out about us because they’ve been to an event we catered or they live nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We just focus on the pots and pans and making sure we don't forget any of the details. It’s a tight-knit team here, and we just keep at it, day after day.
