Rasoighar Caterer

We've been at Stephen House on the ground floor for quite a while now. If you've walked down Netaji Subhas Road, you probably know where the building is. Rasoighar Caterer is basically just a small team of us working out of this spot. We handle food for different events, mostly local ones around here. It gets busy in the kitchen, especially during the wedding season or when there's a big office party nearby. We don't really do fancy advertisements. Most people just find us by walking past the ground floor or hearing about us from a neighbor. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We start early in the morning to get things prepped. Netaji Subhas Road is always crowded, so getting supplies in can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this area over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’re still here at Stephen House. It's a solid place to work from. We focus on getting the cooking done and making sure the containers are packed right before they go out the door. There's usually someone around if you drop by, though we might be elbow-deep in prep work. It's just a regular local business trying to do things right. Nothing too complicated about it. We just keep the stoves going and stay busy.
