Rasoi Limited

Operating out of 20, Sir, R. N. Mukherjee Road feels a bit different because it’s such an old, established area. Rasoi Limited has a long history here, and the building reflects that. It isn't one of those new glass towers. The hallways are high and the floors are a bit worn down from years of feet walking over them. We spend our days managing the business from our desks. It can get quite loud with the traffic outside on the main road, but you get used to the honking after a while. We aren't a high-tech startup. We are more of a traditional company that sticks to what it knows. The tea service in the morning is a highlight for most of us. We talk about the daily tasks and what needs to be handled by evening. There’s a lot of paperwork, which seems to never end. Sometimes the rain makes the old windows leak a little, but we just put a towel down. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where people come to do their jobs and earn a living. The neighborhood is full of history, and we feel like a small part of that. We keep the doors open and the fans running. It’s a steady rhythm that we have followed for many years now.
