You can find Raja Caterer at Ae 535, Sector 1, Salt Lake City. We are pretty close to the Quality Bus Stop, which makes it easy for people to explain where we are located. Salt Lake is a bit quieter than the rest of the city, and we’ve been operating out of this residential area for a good while. We mostly cater to the people living in the blocks nearby. It could be a birthday party, an anniversary, or just a small get-together. We keep our operation fairly small because we like to keep an eye on everything ourselves. My brother and I handle most of the bookings and the shopping for the kitchen. We don't have a big warehouse; we just have a solid kitchen setup and a few reliable vans to move our gear around. Sometimes we have to work late into the night to get everything ready for an early morning event. The neighbors are used to us by now, even when the smell of cooking fills the whole street. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or promotional brochures. We just show people what we can do and let the food speak for itself. It’s a lot of standing and stirring, and your hands get calloused after a few years. We try to be helpful and adjust the menu if someone has a specific request. It’s just a local catering business trying to make a living.
