Rahul Catering & Services

We run Rahul Catering & Services out of our space at 33/2A Shankaritola Street. Entally is a busy part of the city, and we’ve been tucked away here for a good while. We aren’t a big company with trucks and uniforms. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers. We do catering for small things nearby—like weddings in the neighborhood or little parties. Most of our gear is stored in the back, and we do the cooking and prep work right here. The street is narrow, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a headache sometimes. People usually find us by word of mouth. Someone’s cousin had a party, liked the food, and then called us. That’s how it goes. We don't have a fancy office to show people. Usually, I just meet folks and we talk about what they need. It’s honest work. Sometimes we’re up all night getting the rice or the meat ready for a big order the next day. It’s tiring, but seeing the empty plates at the end of an event is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest in 700014. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it was made at home. We just take it one order at a time and hope the customers are happy enough to tell their friends about us later. There's no big secret to it, we just keep cooking until the job is done.
