R A Caterer is located at 46, Beniapukur Road. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we have been a part of it for many years. We mostly handle food for local events like small parties, weddings, or community gatherings. Our team isn't very big, but we’ve worked together for so long that we don't need to talk much to get things done. We start our day very early, heading to the wholesale markets to get the best prices on vegetables and meat. The kitchen is our main space, and it’s usually quite loud with the sound of knives and boiling pots. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us mid-prep with flour on our hands. We focus on the basics and try not to overcomplicate things. People around Beniapukur Road know us by name, and that’s how we like it. We don't use any glossy brochures or sales pitches. We just tell people what we can cook and how much it will cost. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon when deliveries get delayed by the rain, but we always find a way to get the food there. It’s a tough business, and your back hurts at the end of the day, but seeing a clean plate makes it worth it. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs every day like we always have.
