Prochesta Caterer

Prochesta Caterer is tucked away in Lake Town, specifically at P34, Block B. We’ve been operating from here for a good while, mostly serving the families who live nearby. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of employees. Just a small team of us who know how to cook for a crowd. We spend most of our mornings at the local market picking out what we need for the day's orders. If there is a wedding or a thread ceremony, we are usually up before the sun to start the prep. Our kitchen isn't anything like what you see on television; it's just a practical space where we get things done. We don't use much fancy equipment, mostly just big ladles and heavy iron pans. Sometimes the orders are small, like for a housewarming, and other times we are feeding hundreds. It gets a bit stressful when two events happen on the same day, but we make it work. Lake Town is a nice place to be, and we know many of the faces around here. We don't bother with big advertisements. We just rely on doing a solid job and letting people talk. If the food tastes like home, people are happy. That is basically all we aim for. We’ve had the same few cooks for years now, so they know exactly how we like things to be done. It is hard work, but it keeps us going.
