Priyo Saloon

Priyo Saloon is situated at 2, Krishnapur Road in Kolkata. We are very close to the Satgachi Bartala area, which is a well-known landmark for anyone living around here. Our shop is a typical local saloon. We have the standard barber chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. The walls have some mirrors that we make sure to wipe down every day. We also have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait their turn. It is mostly men from the local neighborhood who come in for a haircut or a shave. We don't have any fancy music playing, just the sound of the scissors and maybe a small radio in the background. The area around Satgachi Bartala is always busy, so we get a lot of walk-in customers throughout the day. We have been here for a long time, and the shop has become a bit of a hangout spot for some of the older men in the area. They like to sit and talk about the news or the local cricket scores. We don't try to be a modern styling studio; we are just a regular saloon where you can get a quick and decent haircut. We open early in the morning and stay open until late in the evening. It is a simple way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of this community on Krishnapur Road.
