Anubhab Ladies Beauty Parlour

Anubhab Ladies Beauty Parlour is located in Sinthee, down Attapara Lane. It is a bit of a walk from the bigger streets of Kolkata, but that makes it a nice spot for the women who live around here. The lane is narrow, so you don’t get many big cars, mostly just people walking by. We have a small space where we do things like hair styling, facials, and henna. It’s just a simple room with the things we need to work. We have a few cupboards for our towels and the different products we use for the skin. The walls have a few basic decorations, but mostly it is just a place for work. We start early in the morning and stay open until the evening. Most of our clients are people we have known for a long time. They come in to chat while we do their hair or thread their eyebrows. It can get a bit warm in the summer, but we have a good ceiling fan that helps. We don't use any big marketing tricks or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or because they live on the next street over. We keep a bucket of water ready in case the supply is low and we always have our combs and scissors clean. It’s just a small, local business in a quiet part of the city.
