Ada Hair Beauty Saloon

We have been here at 7 Goriahat Road South for quite a while now. People in Kolkata know us as Ada Hair Beauty Saloon. We are just by the Dhakuria Bridge. It is a busy spot but easy to find once you get close to the bridge area. The shop isn't fancy or anything like those big chains. It’s just us doing hair and beauty stuff for the locals who live around 700031. Usually, it's pretty loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some people come in every month, others just when they have a wedding to go to. We do haircuts and other basic things. If you are walking down Goriahat Road South, you will probably see our sign. It is a small place. We try to keep things simple here. No complicated menus or anything. Just come in, tell us what you need, and we get to it. Sometimes there is a wait if it's a weekend, but that's how it goes. We like being part of this part of Kolkata. It feels like home to us. Our spot is right there at the bridge. It's nothing special to look at from the outside, but we take care of the people who come in. We keep a few old magazines around for when folks have to wait their turn.
