Prince Fast Food Centre & Restaurant

We run Prince Fast Food Centre & Restaurant at 294 A, Raja Rammohan Roy Road in Barisha. It’s a small place where we serve a mix of things. Some people come in for a quick bite, while others stay a bit longer. We’ve been at this spot for several years now. It’s not a fancy restaurant with tablecloths and waiters in suits. It’s a casual spot where you can get something to eat without any fuss. We do takeout orders too. The kitchen is right there, so you can hear the pans clanking and smell the food as soon as you walk in. We don't have a big menu, just the things we know how to make. We source ingredients from local markets nearby. Barisha is a nice neighborhood, and we have regulars who come in every few days. We know their names and what they like to eat. It’s just me and a couple of helpers running the show. We don't have a manager. We do the cooking, cleaning, and serving ourselves. It’s a lot of work, but it’s our business. If you are around Raja Rammohan Roy Road and hungry, you can find us there. It's a simple shop for simple food. Sometimes the chairs are wobbly, but we fix them when we can. We don't have a decorator. It's a real place for real people. What you see is what you get. We've been at 294 A for a while, and we've seen kids grow up. We just keep the stove going.
