Parise Bar & Restaurants Private Limited

We are located at 4A Hogg Street, right in the heart of the New Market area at Corporation Place. If you know this part of Kolkata, you know how incredibly crowded and noisy it gets with all the shoppers and vendors. We run a bar and restaurant in this spot. It is a lot of work and the hours are very long, especially on the weekends when everyone is out. The building is quite old and has that classic feel that you only find in this part of the city. We have kept the interior pretty basic because we are not really into the whole fancy modern decor thing. The kitchen is always a bit hot and the bar gets very busy in the evenings. We have some staff members who have been with us for a long time and they know exactly how everything works. Sometimes the old plumbing acts up or we have a flicker in the lights, but we just deal with those things as they happen. It is a real place for real people to come and have a meal or a drink. We are not trying to be anything other than a local spot where you can sit down for a bit. Managing a restaurant in such a hectic area is a challenge, but we have gotten used to the pace over the years. It is noisy and chaotic outside, but it is where we belong.
