Pappu General Stores

If you walk down N. S. Path in New Basthi, you’ll find us. Pappu General Stores is a small spot, but it stays busy. We are right here in the Titagarh area. It’s a crowded neighborhood, always something happening on the street. People are constantly moving back and forth, going to the post office or heading to work. We’ve been part of this noise and bustle for a good while. Our store isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s just a regular shop with shelves and a counter where we talk to everyone. We see the same people every morning when they come by for their daily needs. It’s nice to know everyone’s name and what they usually look for. Titagarh can be a loud place, especially around New Basthi, but it’s home. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look like those big supermarkets you see in the city. We just open the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. Sometimes the stock takes a while to arrive because of the traffic on N. S. Path, but we make it work. It’s a simple business run by people who live right here. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to make sure the shop is open when people need it. That’s enough for us. It is just the way we like to do things in our little corner of the world.
