We are located in the Shantiniketan Building on Camac Street, specifically in unit B 11. Camac Street is always buzzing, especially near Circus Avenue. Panther Couriers Pvt Ltd has been in this building for a while now. It’s a well-known landmark, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. The office itself is quite functional. We have stacks of envelopes and parcels coming in and out throughout the day. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The staff here is mostly local folks. We don't really have a hierarchy or anything like that; we all just pitch in when the deliveries start piling up. Some mornings are quite hectic when the first batch of couriers arrives. We spend a lot of time checking addresses and making sure labels are stuck on right. It’s a lot of physical work along with the computer entries. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see us working. The noise from Camac Street usually filters in, so it never feels too quiet. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our routine stays pretty much the same. It’s about getting things delivered. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the bags sorted and sent out by the end of the day. It’s a simple business model and it keeps us busy.
