Pankaj Chowrasia Pan Shop

Pankaj Chowrasia Pan Shop is located right on 284/3 Jessore Road in the Tetultala area. If you live around here, you know how the traffic never seems to stop on this road. My shop is just a small spot on the corner where I spend most of my day. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself and now I have people who stop by every single morning on their way to work. The shelves are filled with different jars and the smell of fresh leaves is always in the air. It’s not a big fancy store with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a counter and some stools for people to sit and talk for a minute while they wait. I spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and making sure everything is in its right place. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the evenings when the sun goes down and everyone is heading home. We talk about the weather or the news or just how the day went. I try to keep enough stock so I never run out of the things my regulars like. It is a simple kind of life and the shop is my second home really. The street noise is loud but after a few years you just stop hearing it. I'm usually here from early morning until late at night every day of the week, just keeping things going.
