Palak Food Service

This place is tucked away on the first floor of the Tecnopolis building in Sector-5. If you work in Salt Lake, you probably know where the food court is. We've been operating out of here for a while now, right near Nayapatti Sech Bhawan. It gets really loud and crowded during lunch because of all the office workers coming in from the IT buildings around here. We try to keep up with the rush at BP-4. It's just a counter service kind of thing, not a sit-down place with waiters or anything like that. We spend most of our mornings getting the ingredients ready before the 1 PM rush hits us. It’s hard work being in a food court, but we like the energy of the crowd. Sometimes the line gets long, but we do what we can to move it along. It’s not a fancy gourmet spot, just straightforward food for people who have about thirty minutes to eat before they have to get back to their desks. We are in the heart of the Salt Lake business hub, so there's always something going on. If you're looking for us, just head up the stairs or the lift to the first floor. We are right there with the other stalls. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure there's enough for everyone. We started small but the office crowd keeps us going. It's a lot of heat and noise but we wouldn't have it any other way.
