We are located at 19 R.N. Mukherjee Road, right on the first floor. This part of town is always buzzing with people and traffic, so there is never a quiet moment. Being forwarders means we deal with a lot of international stuff, which translates to a lot of time spent looking at forms and talking to customs people. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of folders that seem to grow every week. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. It’s a lot of back and forth with shipping lines and trying to figure out why a container is stuck somewhere. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of experience and some good old-fashioned persistence. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything manually, which is a bit of a headache but we manage. It’s a small team here, so we all know what everyone else is working on. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign, just our name on the door on the first floor. We mostly just focus on the work at hand and making sure things move along. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. There’s always another shipment to track or another pile of documents to sort through before the day ends.
