We are located at 47 A, B.T Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy spot and we have been here for quite some years now. My family runs this catering thing. It started small with just a few pots and pans and now we do bigger events. Kolkata is a city that loves to eat so we stay on our toes most of the time. We do everything from making the menu to cooking the rice and curries. The kitchen gets really hot during the summer months but that is just how it is. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything like that. People mostly find us by word of mouth or by just walking past our place on B.T Road. We get our vegetables from the local market early in the morning. Sometimes we are up at four am just to start the prep for a lunch order. It is hard work and my hands often smell like onions and spices. We try to be fair with everyone who comes to us.
