Our place is at 126/5, Satyen Roy Road, quite close to the Tinytot School in Behala. If you live around here, you’ve probably walked past our gate plenty of times while running errands. We aren't a big company with a fancy headquarters or a fleet of branded cars. We are just a local catering team that works out of a modest space. The noise from the school kids in the afternoon is something we’ve completely gotten used to over the years. We spend our mornings prepping vegetables and cleaning meat for whatever event is on our calendar for the week. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of a long day, our backs usually ache quite a bit. But that is just the nature of this kind of job. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or overly complicated menus. We stick to what we know well and what we know the people in Behala like to eat. Sometimes we have to navigate the very narrow lanes around here with big crates of food, which is never an easy task. We just take it slow and get it done. Our staff is like a small family, and we’ve had the same people working the stoves for many years. We don’t have any of those corporate goals or a complex marketing plan. We just show up, cook the meal, and hope that everyone enjoys their dinner. It’s a straightforward way to live and work.
