Garia Main Road is where we have our kitchen, specifically in the Mahamayatala area. It is a very busy spot and there is always a lot of noise and traffic right outside our door. Our catering business is run by a small group of us who have been cooking together for a long time now. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers sitting in offices. We just have people who know how to handle a spatula and a massive stove without burning anything. Our kitchen is where all the action happens every day. It’s usually filled with the heavy smell of mustard oil and various roasted spices. We take our work seriously but we don't act like it's some high-end luxury service or something it isn't. It's just good, solid food for local events and family functions. Sometimes we struggle with the monsoon rains when we have to move food across Garia, but we've figured out how to keep everything dry and safe. We don't spend a lot of time on the internet or doing fancy advertisements. Most people just find us because they ate our food at a friend’s place and asked for our number later on. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and personal. We’re just regular people trying to make a living by doing what we know best. There’s no secret to it, just staying at it every day and making sure the food is hot.
