New Royal Caterer

Our kitchen is situated at 20/1/1, Bagha Jatin Road in the Baranagar area. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been part of the community here for several years. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do every day. We are just a group of caterers who work hard to get the food ready for whatever event is happening in the neighborhood. Whether it’s a small ceremony at someone's house or a bigger wedding, we treat the work exactly the same. The pots are big, the fires are hot, and there is always something that needs to be chopped or cleaned up. We have a small team of workers who have been with us through thick and thin over the years. Sometimes we have loud disagreements about how much spice to add to a dish, but it always seems to work out in the end. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning; we spend all our time on the ground where the actual work happens. The Bagha Jatin Road can get very crowded during the day, so getting our supplies delivered can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just deal with those things as they come. We aren't looking to win any awards or get famous, we just want to make sure the food tastes like it was made at home. People seem to appreciate that we don't put on any airs. We just focus on the cooking.
