New Pradhan Caterer

We are located at 9/8, M I D Road in the Pallysree area of Behala. It is part of Parnasri Palli in Kolkata. We are mostly known in the neighborhood for our catering work. It is a local operation and we have been doing this for many years now. Behala is a busy residential part of the city, and there is always some event or the other going on in the narrow lanes. We handle a lot of the smaller local gatherings and sometimes the bigger ones too. Our kitchen is where most of the work happens, especially early in the morning when we are prepping for the day's orders. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a hardworking team of people who know their way around a kitchen. The streets around here are narrow and can get quite clogged during the monsoon when it rains heavily. We have to plan our deliveries and work around that. We don't really do much advertising; most people around Parnasri Palli just know us by word of mouth from their neighbors. It is a straightforward business where we focus on getting the food right for the local families. We have grown up in this area and we know the tastes of the people here. It is just a busy, honest living for us in this corner of Behala and we keep at it every day.
