We are located on the ground floor at 62 Jessore Road in Dum Dum. We are very close to the Nagerbazar More intersection. If you spend time in Kolkata, you know how loud and busy Jessore Road can be. There are always buses and taxis honking right outside. Our place is a fast food center, so it’s small and meant for quick service. We have a few benches if you want to sit down, but many of our customers are in a hurry and take their food to go. The kitchen is right at the front so you can see the cooking happening. We make a lot of rolls and fried snacks. The oil is always bubbling and it gets quite hot near the counter. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just the menu board. The staff has to move fast because people are usually trying to catch a bus or a train nearby. We get a lot of students and office workers who want something cheap and quick. The floor is concrete and we have to wash it every night because of all the foot traffic. Sometimes we run out of certain items by seven or eight in the evening. We only make what we think we will sell for the day to keep things fresh. It’s a noisy and busy spot, but it’s ours. We aren't a fancy place, just a reliable one for a bite to eat near the More.
