New Bhoj Caterer

We are located over at 9 Indian Mirror Street. New Bhoj Caterer is basically a kitchen where we spend most of our hours. It smells like spices and steam most of the time, which is how it should be. We started this because we liked cooking for people, and it just grew into a business over the years. We don't have a fancy dining room or anything. It's mostly big pots, long tables, and a lot of chopping. When there’s a big event coming up, things get pretty hectic around here. We’re usually up before the sun to get the fires going. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we’re used to it by now. Indian Mirror Street is a narrow place, so getting the vans loaded up can be a bit of a squeeze, but we manage. We don't go in for fancy talk about our food. It’s just the stuff we know how to make, done the way we’ve always done it. People in the neighborhood know us, and we know them. Sometimes they just pop their heads in to see what’s cooking. We don't have a big marketing team, just our hands and the ingredients we buy fresh. It’s a simple life, making sure folks get fed at their parties and gatherings. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves hot. If the food is good, people come back, and that is enough for us.
