Neo Catering Service is located at 174 Harish Mukherjee Road in the Kalighat area. We are right near the 23 Palli Durga Mandir, which is a very busy spot, especially during the festival season. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and this neighborhood is no different. Our kitchen is tucked away here, and it’s usually full of steam and the sound of large pots clanging. We aren't a big company with a fleet of fancy trucks. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers getting things ready for whatever event is on the schedule. The street outside is narrow and can get quite congested with rickshaws and people walking to the temple. Sometimes it’s a struggle just to get our supplies delivered to the door. We don’t have a glossy brochure or a sales team. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they live in Kalighat and see us working. The floors are often wet from cleaning, and there's always a list of ingredients pinned to the wall. It’s a busy, messy, and very human way to make a living. We spend most of our time worrying about the heat of the stoves and making sure the food is ready on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next order.
