Neelachal Caterers

We are over at Bd 120 in Sector 1 of Salt Lake, right by the Bd Market. It’s a good spot because the market is right there for anything we need last minute. Neelachal Caterers has been around for a few years now. We started small, mostly doing food for birthdays or small house parties. Now we do a bit more, but we still keep that small-scale feel. The kitchen gets really warm when we have the big burners going. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. Usually, we are just standing around the prep table talking about the menu for the next job. We source our fish and meat from the market nearby so it’s always what we can find that day. Salt Lake is a nice place to work, though parking near the market can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve had days where the rain almost ruined an outdoor setup, but we always manage to cover things up in time. It’s a lot of physical labor, carrying heavy containers and setting up tables. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook food and bring it to your place. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We like seeing people eat well at their celebrations.
