Monotripti Caterer. We are based at 66/2, Khudiram Bose Sarani in the Belgachia area. It is a busy stretch of road and we have been here for a while now. Belgachia is the kind of place where everyone seems to be in a hurry, but people still take the time to know their neighbors. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It is just where we do our work. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area getting everything ready. The smells of spices and cooking usually fill the air around our part of Khudiram Bose Sarani. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. We just rely on the fact that we have been in this spot for years and people know where to find us. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but we just keep working through it. It is a very hands-on job. We deal with the markets and the suppliers directly. There is a lot of heavy lifting and early mornings involved. It is just how the catering business goes in a place like this. We are proud of being a local Belgachia business. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just show up every day and do the work that needs to be done at 66/2. It’s a lot of manual labor but it keeps us active and connected to the people who live around here. We just take one order at a time.
