Mishra & Mishra Enterprises

We are located at 4 D on the second floor of the Garstin Place building, right near the Calcutta GPO. It’s a very central part of the city, so there’s always something happening right outside our windows. Mishra & Mishra Enterprises is a small operation, and we’ve been in this spot for a while. The building itself has that old Calcutta charm, though it could probably use a fresh coat of paint here and there. Working near the GPO is handy because we often have stuff to mail or collect. Our day starts early and usually ends when the sun goes down. We handle a variety of enterprise tasks, mostly things that require a lot of coordination and talking to people. The office is usually filled with the sound of the typewriter or the printer, and we usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if it gets a bit dusty with all the old files we keep around. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and you’re in the middle of our workspace. We like it that way because it’s practical. Our regulars know exactly where to find us and they usually just drop in for a chat while we work. It’s just how we do things here in the city, keeping it simple and making sure the daily business gets finished.
