Misa International Kolkata is based at No. 421/ A in Parnasree Pally. This is a bit of a residential area, so it is much calmer than the center of the city. We like the quiet pace here. Our office is just a regular setup where we handle all the international side of things. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and the printer is usually running. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, tracking where things are in the world. Parnasree Pally is a nice neighborhood and we know the people who run the shops nearby. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people would just walk past and not even know we are an international business. We handle a lot of different tasks, from checking shipping documents to talking with people in different time zones. It can get a bit tiring staying up late to catch someone on the other side of the world, but that is part of the job. We drink a lot of tea and just keep going. We have been at this address for a long time and we have a routine that works for us. We don't feel the need to act like a big corporation. We are just a small team doing our thing and making sure our clients are taken care of. It is a steady way of working and it suits us just fine.
