Miraya

You can find us over at 46 Jamunalal Bajaj Street. The place is called Rani Kothi, which is a building most people around here recognize. Working in this part of Kolkata is always an experience because the streets are so narrow and packed with people and rickshaws. Our daily life at Miraya is mostly about managing the stock and talking to the folks who drop by. We do not have a big, polished office with air conditioning in every corner. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the boxes stacked up, but we make it work. The walls are a bit dusty and the floors show the wear of many years, but that is just how it is in an old building like this. We start our day early before the traffic on Jamunalal Bajaj Street gets too loud. Usually, we have a quick chat with the neighbors while we are opening up. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what we have and making sure the orders are correct. We don't really have a marketing team or a big plan. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. It can be a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of it. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years and they know exactly where to find us in Rani Kothi.
