Matsya Restaurants Private Limited

If you walk down Purna Das Road, you will find us at number 37. It is one of those streets that always feels alive with people walking around and shops everywhere. Matsya Restaurants is just our way of being part of that scene. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out on the floor, just dealing with whatever the day brings. It is not always easy, things break or the deliveries show up late, but we handle it. We are not trying to be the most famous place in the city or anything. We just want to serve food that people actually want to eat on a Tuesday night. The staff here is mostly local, and we have known each other for a long time. It feels more like a big, messy family than a company sometimes. We do not have a big marketing team or a fancy office. Most of the real work happens in the back where it is hot and noisy. We just try to keep the tables clean and the food hot. Some days are busier than others, especially on the weekends when the road gets packed. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we have enough fresh ingredients and that everyone gets their meal. It is a simple business, really, and we like keeping it that way.
