Mandarin Caterer

We have been operating Mandarin Caterer out of 20/6, Banerjee Para Rd for quite some time now. Our place is tucked right behind the Paschim Putiary Post Office, which makes it easy to find if you know where the mail goes. It is a busy little corner of the world. The road outside can get a bit crowded with scooters and people walking by to the post office. We don't have a fancy office or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a plain building where we do our cooking and get things ready. Most mornings, the air smells like spices and the stove is already hot. We spend most of our time in the back, making sure the orders are sorted. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do here in Banerjee Para. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest business in town, just a steady one. When you walk past the post office and see the sign for 20/6, that’s us. We just keep our heads down and work. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do and bags to pack. That is just how life goes for us here in this part of Paschim Putiary every single day.
