Malancha Caterer

Malancha Caterer is located on Elias Road, right near the U P School in Agarpara. It is a quiet enough spot until we start getting ready for a big order. We have been in the catering business for years, mostly serving the people in and around Agarpara. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a family-run type of thing where everyone chips in when there is a lot of work to do. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and getting the meat ready. Our kitchen is basic but it gets the job done. We don't go for anything too fancy or modern. We just stick to the recipes that we know people like. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get the deliveries out, but we always find a way. We have a few old vans that we use to carry the food containers and the serving plates. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for a long time. They just call us up and tell us how many people are coming. We don't use any fancy contracts, just a handshake and a note in our book. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We just focus on the cooking and making sure there is enough for everyone. That is really all there is to it.
