Maa Annupurna Caterer

Maa Annupurna Caterer is situated at 533, Dakshin Dari Road in the Laha Bagan area. We have been here for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. We spend our days mostly in the kitchen, dealing with the heat and the constant ticking of the clock. Dakshin Dari Road can get quite busy, especially with the local traffic, so we are always mindful of the time when we have to send out orders. We are just a small team of local workers. None of us have fancy titles; we just do whatever needs doing at the moment. Some days that means scrubbing the big pots, and other days it means going out to the market to find the best produce we can. Laha Bagan is a place where people talk to each other, so we’ve gotten to know a lot of the residents around here. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just figure that if we do our work properly, people will notice. It's a lot of hard work and sometimes things go a bit wrong, like a stove acting up or a delivery being slightly delayed by traffic, but we always try to fix it. We are just regular people who have a passion for cooking and making sure everyone gets fed. It's a simple life but it keeps us busy and we like it that way. We just keep going day by day.
