M M Caterer

M M Caterer is based out of Madhyam Gram, right on Station Road in the Subhash Pally area. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of movement around us. We have been working out of this spot for a good while. It’s a family-run kind of thing, where everyone just chips in where they are needed. We don't have a corporate structure or anything like that. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If there is a big order to prep, we all stay late until the job is done. Station Road is always buzzing, so we hear the trains and the people all day long. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily when they are heading home from the station. We handle all sorts of local requests. Sometimes it’s a lot of work, and other times it’s a bit quieter, but we keep ourselves busy regardless. We aren't much for talking about ourselves; we just prefer to get the cooking done and delivered. Subhash Pally is our home base and we know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We try to keep our kitchen organized, though it gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big job. That’s just part of the life of a caterer. We just show up every morning and start the fires. It’s honest work and it keeps us going every single day.
