Jyoti Collection

You can find Jyoti Collection on the ground floor of Amina Mansion. We are at 159a Lenin Sarani, which is right near Chandni Market and pretty much across from the old Jyoti Cinema. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in while they are out doing their other shopping. We have a variety of things in the shop, which is why we call it a collection. It's not just one specific type of item. We try to keep a good mix of stuff that people in this neighborhood actually want to buy for their homes or themselves. The space isn't huge, so we have to use every bit of the walls and floor to show what we have. It gets a bit cramped when it's raining or when it’s a holiday weekend, but that’s just how it goes in this part of the city. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, opening up the shop in the morning and closing it down at night. Most of our regulars are people who live nearby or work in the market. We know their names and what they usually look for. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We’re just glad to be part of the daily bustle on Lenin Sarani and see the same faces every day. It's not always perfect, but it's our shop and we like it.
