You can find us at Building No -1 on A J C Bose Road. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people walking by outside. We’ve been working with leather here for quite some time. The shop is filled with the smell of hides and the sounds of sewing machines and cutting tools. We make various gift items, mostly stuff that people can actually use every day. Being in Building No -1 is convenient, even if the building itself is a bit old. We don’t have a polished showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop where we actually make the things we sell. Our hands are often dirty from the work, and the floors are usually covered in small scraps of leather. We aren't trying to be some luxury brand. We just focus on putting the pieces together properly. Sometimes we run out of a certain color of leather and have to wait for the supplier, which can be annoying. We have a small crew and we all know how to handle the tools. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or work on A J C Bose Road and just happen to walk in. We don't do any big advertising. We just stay here in our corner of the building and keep working on the next batch of gifts. It is just steady, manual work that we do.
