Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Ecc Division

We are over here at Victoria Greens on Garia Main Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy spot, especially with the traffic outside, but we’ve been at this B2/303 unit for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and coordinating things for the construction side of the business. You know how it is in this part of town, everything is moving fast and there’s always something going on downstairs. We don’t have any fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a regular office space where we get the work done. A few of us have been here since the start and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around the 385 building area. We deal with a lot of technical stuff for the ECC division, but we try to keep things simple in the office. It gets pretty humid in the afternoons, so the tea breaks are something we all look forward to. We mostly focus on our local projects and making sure the logistics are handled right. It’s not always easy keeping track of everything, but we manage. If you’re ever around Garia, you probably know where Victoria Greens is. It’s a landmark for us. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a dedicated team working out of South Kolkata. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a big deadline, but we just put our heads down and finish the task.
